COVID Update

Due to the current Covid situation, shipping times have been heavily impacted.  While some are receiving their items on time, other's are experiencing major delays!  Below is a message on the USPS site that reads:

"ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE."

 

Shipping within the USA

Items will be shipped within a few days of receipt. If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know. I make every piece myself, by hand - you are not getting mass produced jewelry.

Jewelry is shipped USPS Priority with tracking within the continental US.

International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International which includes tracking.

All jewelry comes packaged in a custom turquoise grosgrain ribbon jewelry box, ready to gift. 

When ordering multiple items, be sure to indicate the number of boxes desired in the NOTES section at checkout.  Otherwise, your pieces may arrive in one box.

Make sure to give an accurate billing and shipping address. Sabina Furst Designs will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods during shipment.

All Connecticut orders will be charged 6.35% sales tax.

We offer FREE priority shipping with tracking on all online orders over $150 within the continental US!  

We also now offer a pick up option for those who live local to me (Wilton, CT).  Please select the "Pick Up' option at checkout to avoid shipping costs.

  

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International which includes tracking.

We do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We completely understand that not all gifts work out, so we are happy to accept returns.  Please contact us at info@sabinafurstdesigns.com if you wish to return an item.

Merchandise that has not been worn is returnable within thirty days, for exchange or store credit, in its original packaging.  Please note that shipping will not be refunded.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  I must be notified of defective or damaged product within 10 business days from the date of receipt. 

*All returns must be authorized in advance prior to returning them.  Please send us an email at  info@sabinafurstdesigns.com before returning your jewelry. 

We are not responsible for any jewelry lost or damaged in the mail.  Please ship returns in their original packaging and consider using a trackable shipping service &/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Custom jewelry, which includes 14k gold jewelry, is final sale and non-returnable.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

 

Gifts 

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
