Coastal-Chic Jewelry for Every 'Wear'

A Few Tips:
Dust, pollution, cosmetics and perfumes all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and dull the surface of gold, gold vermeil and sterling silver.  We suggest that you take the time to properly store and care for your Sabina Furst Designs jewelry.
Caring for Gemstones:
Many gemstones and pearls are delicate so hot water, chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. Gemstones should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only.  We don't recommend the use of any jewelry polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.
Caring for Gold Filled Jewelry:
Caring for Gold Filled items is as easy as caring for any gold jewelry. Simply keep away from chemicals, clean regularly with mildly sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. Polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Caring for Gold Vermeil Jewelry:
Gold vermeil jewelry requires special care.  Remember to store your gold vermeil jewelry in an airtight bag when not in use.
Always remove your jewelry before applying perfumes or lotions.
Chlorine, especially at high temperatures can permanently damage or discolor your gold vermeil jewelry.
Avoid wearing gold vermeil jewelry while in a pool or hot tub. Buff very gently with a soft 100% cotton or microfiber cloth.  Never use chemical cleaners as it can strip the gold finish. It is natural for the gold vermeil jewelry to tarnish with time - it adds character to the item.
Leather, Suede and Silk Cord:  Should NEVER get wet and therefore, should never be worn while exercising, while showering, in a pool nor a hot tub, etc.
